- valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access
- availability for part-time, temporary work
- ability to stand, kneel, and bend for several hours
- capacity to lift up to 75 pounds
- possession of own hand tools including cordless drill
- comfortable working in a home improvement store
- able to use smartphone or tablet to record work
