Comfort with physical work is essential, as the role requires the ability to stand, kneel, and bend for several hours daily, as well as the capacity to lift up to 75 pounds. You should also be comfortable working within a home improvement store environment and have experience assembling products like grills and patio furniture. Moreover, proficiency in using smartphones or tablets to record work after each shift is necessary, and having your own hand tools, including a cordless drill and basic hand tools, is required.
