Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- First experience in manufacturing assembly preferred
- Ability to work full-time on first shift
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Willingness to work protracted or irregular hours
- Ability to travel minor distances and relocate if required
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to ITAR control

Job Duties
- Assembles cascade aircraft parts in a clean room environment
- Documents raw material handling and process parameters accurately
- Organizes mandrels into sequential rows per specified standards
- Compacts materials and ensures proper heights of strong backs
- Performs raw material layup and inspection of cascade builds
- Closes and seats lids on cascade components using overhead crane
- Measures gaps between details and handles regulated materials safely
