Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • First experience in manufacturing assembly
  • English fluency
  • Ability to work full-time in a clean room
  • Must be US citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR control
  • Capability to safely handle regulated materials
  • Willingness to work protracted or irregular hours

  • Ability to follow detailed work instructions and documentation processes
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing assembly
  • Ability to work in a clean room environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary

Job Duties

  • Assembles cascades aircraft parts in a clean room environment
  • Documents backing removal, compaction data, and mandrel cure cycles
  • Organizes mandrels and performs raw material layup according to specifications
  • Conducts inspections of the cascade build to ensure compliance with standards
  • Safely handles regulated materials and uses equipment such as overhead cranes
  • Measures components to ensure correct assembly and gap tolerances
  • Maintains confidentiality of product data and adapts to changing business needs
