Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- First experience in manufacturing assembly
- English fluency
- Ability to work full-time in a clean room
- Must be US citizen or permanent resident due to ITAR control
- Capability to safely handle regulated materials
- Willingness to work protracted or irregular hours

- Basic understanding of manufacturing assembly
- Ability to work in a clean room environment

- Willingness to travel and relocate if necessary
Job Duties
- Assembles cascades aircraft parts in a clean room environment
- Documents backing removal, compaction data, and mandrel cure cycles
- Organizes mandrels and performs raw material layup according to specifications
- Conducts inspections of the cascade build to ensure compliance with standards
- Safely handles regulated materials and uses equipment such as overhead cranes
- Measures components to ensure correct assembly and gap tolerances
- Maintains confidentiality of product data and adapts to changing business needs
