LSI is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking 3rd shift Assembler to join their corporate manufacturing team in Blue Ash, Ohio. This position offers a schedule of Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a pay rate of $15 per hour plus an additional $1 per hour shift differential. The 3rd shift Assembler plays a crucial role in the production process by assembling component parts according to specified standard work instructions. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality to ensure that every product meets LSI’s rigorous standards.
The Assembler is responsible for verifying the quality of completed items, maintaining parts inventory, and proficiently using hand tools and mechanical equipment to build products that are structurally sound. Working on the assembly line, the Assembler must utilize correct tools and assembly methods, perform mechanical and electromechanical assemblies, and conduct quality checks to uphold product standards. Regular attendance and punctuality in line with the manager’s established work hours are fundamental expectations for this position.
