We are currently seeking an Assembler for our client located in Ft. Worth, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic manufacturing team focused on producing high-quality products while maintaining stringent customer quality and on-time delivery standards. The position offers a competitive wage of $19.25 per hour and involves working a 2nd shift schedule from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Employees will benefit from weekly pay and various company-provided benefits.

The role of the Assembler involves accurately and efficiently assembling or testing products using a variety of mechanical and electronic tools, test equipment, and assembly fixtures. The ideal candidate will engage in lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs, contributing suggestions for process improvements, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This position requires interpreting complex blueprints, engineering orders, assembly routes, test specifications, and quality directives to ensure that products are assembled or tested to customer or industry standards.

In addition to assembly and testing, the Assembler may perform lockwiring, first-stage subassembly, final detailing functions, and surface finishing tasks such as touch-up or full surface painting using paint, lacquer, glaze, and other finishing materials. The role also involves mixing paints, cleaning parts, and recording test results on data forms using basic electrical equipment and flow meters. Maintaining equipment calibration schedules and adhering to safety protocols, including preventing foreign object damage (FOD), are essential responsibilities of the position.

This role is suitable for candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably some mechanical skills or experience working in a similar manufacturing environment. The Assembler will receive direct supervisory guidance but is expected to perform routine assignments requiring limited judgment independently.
