Known for its commitment to quality and adherence to rigorous military and client specifications, ALIGN PRECISION maintains a keen focus on innovation and excellence in prototype and production hardware assembly. The company prides itself on employing skilled technicians who contribute to the development of engineering models, assembly methods, and high-quality production of complex electronic assemblies. ALIGN PRECISION fosters a workplace culture centered on collaboration, continuous learning, and technical proficiency, positioning itself as a premier employer in the aerospace manufacturing sector.
The Electronic/Electro-Mechanical Assembler role is pivotal within ALIGN PRECISION's production team. This position involves performing both basic and intricate assembly functions on electronic and electro-mechanical hardware, ensuring stringent quality standards and compliance with military or client specifications are met. Assemblers at ALIGN PRECISION work closely with engineering teams to develop wiring lists and assembly methods, employing hand and power tools to achieve precise component fit and alignment. The role requires the ability to read and interpret detailed wiring lists, assembly drawings, and shop routers, translating these documents into accurate, high-quality assembly work. Employees in this role may also engage in corrective rework based on test failures and occasionally operate automated assembly equipment to enhance productivity.
At more senior levels, individuals may assume leadership responsibilities such as training new assemblers and evaluating team performance, underscoring the company’s commitment to skill development and team leadership. This full-time position may require occasional overtime and demands a regular, reliable attendance to meet production schedules. Attention to detail and strict adherence to safety and quality protocols are essential to success in this role. ALIGN PRECISION provides a structured environment conducive to professional growth for junior to mid-level assemblers with 0-1 years of relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a strong mechanical aptitude. This opportunity offers an excellent entry point into the aerospace manufacturing industry with a focus on precision assembly, quality craftsmanship, and adherence to federally mandated specifications. Candidates can expect to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, communication, and technical skills are highly valued and supported.
