This position focuses on the safe and precise assembly of 2"-36" products, including both Oil & Gas Services (OGS) and Alternative Gas Services (AGS) systems. The Assembler is expected to learn and apply safe assembly practices meticulously, following detailed specifications, drawings, and bills of materials for each assembly task. This role requires a keen attention to detail for performing quality inspections such as dimensional checks, validation of parts, and orientation verification to ensure all finished products exceed customer quality standards. Additionally, the Assembler will be responsible for maintaining safety and operational standards by verifying the condition, calibration, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment used in the assembly process. Daily responsibilities also include completing production and inspection records, performing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tasks, and upholding 5S workplace organization principles. Effective communication skills are essential for reporting discrepancies, interacting with various teams including Line Leads and Engineering, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives. This full-time role offers a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.
