The company specializes in the production of proprietary magnetics, capacitors, resistors, filters, and other essential components that meet the stringent demands of mission-critical data and power applications across various advanced industries. These industries include Defense, Aerospace & Avionics, Space, Smart Grid, Medical, AI/Data Center, and HiRel industrial markets. With a robust presence worldwide, iNRCORE Group operates fourteen manufacturing facilities and employs over one thousand dedicated professionals, demonstrating its significant footprint in the electronics manufacturing sector.
iNRCORE’s business entities such as Bicron, Coast Magnetics, DYCO, Gowanda, iNRCORE itself, Passive Plus, RCD, Sentran, TTE, and Vanguard Electronics together contribute to the company’s reputation for innovation and quality. The company prides itself on its talented workforce that drives continuous growth and technological advancement. iNRCORE’s commitment to excellence is reflected in its meticulous manufacturing processes and strict adherence to quality standards, positioning the company as a preferred partner for customers requiring reliable passive components for their critical applications.
Currently, iNRCORE Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler to join its INRCORE Facility located in Bristol, PA. This role is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals eager to embark on a career in electronics assembly and fabrication. The Assembler supports product design, development, prototyping, and testing activities related to magnetic and electronic components. Under close supervision, the candidate will receive ongoing skill development and training to build foundational knowledge in engineering and manufacturing.
The Production Technician I, functioning as the Assembler, is responsible for performing basic mechanical and electronic assembly tasks using standard hand tools, fixtures, and equipment. The role emphasizes following detailed work instructions, safety protocols, and quality procedures to ensure reliable and consistent product output. Key responsibilities include performing various assembly tasks such as lead preparation, wire stripping, soldering, coil winding, potting, encapsulation, and labeling. The Assembler will also conduct basic measurements and inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, and multimeters, allowing for a hands-on understanding of quality assurance.
This role is critical in supporting simple functional tests and accurately recording results, helping maintain product integrity and compliance with industry standards. The Assembler must maintain a clean and safe workspace following 5S, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and safety protocols. Additionally, the role involves supporting material handling, inventory transactions, and basic machine setup tasks when necessary. Working at iNRCORE offers the chance to grow within a dynamic manufacturing environment that values precision, innovation, and teamwork.
The position operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and is classified as non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to develop a career path in manufacturing with a company that invests in employee growth and fosters a collaborative, safety-conscious workplace environment.
