Known for emphasizing employee growth and a positive work environment, our company offers a clear pathway for career development within the manufacturing sector. We prioritize teamwork, equitable pay, and operational excellence, fostering a culture where employees can thrive both professionally and personally. Our facilities are equipped with modern machinery and tools to support advanced production techniques and quality assurance practices.

We are currently seeking Flexible Assemblers at Levels II and III to join our dedicated production team. This full-time position is integral to our manufacturing operations and offers a clear career progression framework. Placement within the level structure will be discussed during the interview process, allowing candidates to find the most suitable match for their skills and experience. The starting pay rates are $17.93 per hour for Level II and $19.52 per hour for Level III, reflecting the increasing responsibilities and technical expertise required at these levels.

As a Flexible Assembler, you will engage in hands-on tasks involving the assembly, calibration, and quality assurance of electro-mechanical products. Your work will involve reading and interpreting engineering prints and specifications, operating various hand tools and machinery, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards. The role demands high accuracy in recording production details and maintaining clean, organized work areas. At Level II, your duties will focus on skilled assembly and production operations, including bench assembly, calibration, and inspection. You will gain experience with measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, contributing to product quality and operational efficiency.

At Level III, you will take on more advanced assembly responsibilities, performing complex mechanical and calibration tasks with minimal supervision. This level emphasizes technical expertise, final product accountability, mentoring junior team members, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You will utilize judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve assembly or quality issues effectively. Cross-training and teamwork are encouraged to enhance the versatility and skillset of the manufacturing team.

Our company values transparent communication and performance tracking, using key indicators such as cycle time variation, finished goods quality, and production schedule visibility to ensure operational success. We also provide comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, competitive paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and paid volunteer time. With an inclusive and supportive workplace culture, our organization invites motivated individuals interested in technical assembly and manufacturing careers to apply and grow with us.
