Job Description
iNRCORE Group is a leader in the production of highly engineered, high-reliability, and high-performance passive electronic components. The company specializes in manufacturing proprietary magnetics, capacitors, resistors, filters, and a range of other components that serve critical sectors such as Defense, Aerospace & Avionics, Space, Smart Grid, Medical, AI/Data Center, and high-reliability industrial markets. With a global footprint that includes fourteen manufacturing facilities and a workforce exceeding one thousand employees, iNRCORE Group continues to expand its capabilities and market reach. Business entities under the iNRCORE umbrella include Bicron, Coast Magnetics, DYCO, Gowanda, iNRCORE, Passive Plus, RCD, Sentran, TTE, and Vanguard Electronics. The company's collective expertise and commitment to quality empower them to address mission-critical applications with precision and reliability.
The role of Production Assembler within the RCD Components facility in Manchester, NH, is an integral position at iNRCORE Group. This role demands an individual capable of performing both electronic and mechanical assembly tasks essential for producing high-quality products that support mission-critical applications. The Production Assembler will follow standardized work instructions, drawings, and process documentation to ensure the consistent manufacture of components, subassemblies, and finished electronic products. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented professional who excels in reproducibility, accuracy, and dependable performance during repetitive tasks.
Team members in this role work across various work centers and product lines, involving the handling of small components and the use of specialized tools such as soldering irons, crimpers, cutters, heat tools, presses, and winding equipment. The job also encompasses the careful application of adhesives, epoxies, varnishes, and encapsulation materials to meet specific product requirements. Assemblers may perform winding, forming, soldering, encapsulation, molding, potting, and mechanical fastening, depending on the assembly step required.
The Production Assembler is also responsible for inspecting parts and assemblies using a variety of tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, meters, and electronic testing equipment, ensuring that all finished products conform to strict quality standards. Additional duties include preparing labels, documentation, and traveler materials; cleaning and finishing parts through approved methods such as trimming or polishing; packaging products; reporting quality concerns; and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Safety and adherence to personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols are paramount, as is the ability to meet production schedules with minimal supervision. The dynamic nature of this position may also require taking on additional assembly or manufacturing tasks to support overall production needs. iNRCORE fosters an environment of growth and learning, making this opportunity attractive for individuals who are eager to develop new skills in a technologically advanced manufacturing setting. This full-time position offers competitive earning potential along with a comprehensive benefits package, emphasizing the company's commitment to employee welfare and professional development.
