The available position is for an Assembler at the LSI ADL Technology location in Columbus, Ohio. This role is critical in the production process, focusing on assembling mechanical and electrical components on printed circuit boards (PCBs). As an Assembler at LSI ADL, candidates will be engaged in hands-on tasks using a variety of hand tools, equipment, and materials to complete assembly operations. Duties include inspecting and testing mechanical and electrical assemblies, adhering strictly to specifications and assembly documentation, and maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. Reporting any defective materials or concerns promptly to supervisors is part of ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. In addition to technical skills, LSI ADL values professional interaction among employees, customers, and suppliers, creating a positive working atmosphere. The assembler must learn and consistently follow standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
