Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools and basic testing equipment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in mechanical and electrical assembly preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures

Job Duties

  • Use of various hand tools, equipment, and materials to complete, inspect, test, and clean mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies to prepare for shipment
  • Use specifications and documentation to prepare and assemble quality products
  • Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations
  • Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
  • Be able to work with speed and accuracy
  • Represent LSI Industries in the most positive manner with prospective, current and former employees, clients, suppliers, and the community we serve
