Job Description

Our company is a leading manufacturer specializing in the production of high-quality medical devices designed to improve patient outcomes and advance healthcare technology. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment that emphasizes precision, safety, and stringent quality standards. We pride ourselves on our team-oriented culture, where every employee plays a vital role in ensuring that our products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler / Manufacturing Technician to join our dedicated production team. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate of $18.20 per hour and follows a Monday through Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The position is ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic manufacturing setting. As a Medical Device Assembler / Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of intricate medical devices. This role requires operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting specialized manufacturing equipment, ensuring all work is completed according to scientific methods and quality guidelines.

Your daily activities will include setting up and operating sophisticated machinery, conducting quality inspections using measurement tools such as microscopes, and rotating between different tasks to efficiently support production goals. Compliance with all established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols is essential to maintain our high-quality standards. This position demands strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and flexibility to occasionally work overtime to meet production deadlines.

In addition to a safe and supportive workplace, we provide training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in medical device manufacturing. This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the medical manufacturing industry, offering hands-on experience with cutting-edge medical technologies and processes. We emphasize reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in our candidates.

Joining our team means becoming part of a company dedicated to making a meaningful impact on healthcare through precision manufacturing. If you are motivated, mechanically adept, and eager to contribute to the production of life-enhancing medical devices, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.
