Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- mechanical aptitude required
- ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications
- basic math skills
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a team environment
- reliable transportation required
- must be flexible to work overtime as needed
- must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- background check required prior to start
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- perform tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
- set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications and SOPs
- follow established procedures, scientific methods, and quality guidelines
- use measurement tools such as microscopes and other inspection equipment
- rotate between tasks as needed to support production goals
