Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
  • mechanical aptitude required
  • ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications
  • basic math skills
  • strong attention to detail
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a team environment
  • reliable transportation required
  • must be flexible to work overtime as needed
  • must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • background check required prior to start

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • perform tasks related to the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
  • set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
  • conduct quality inspections in accordance with specifications and SOPs
  • follow established procedures, scientific methods, and quality guidelines
  • use measurement tools such as microscopes and other inspection equipment
  • rotate between tasks as needed to support production goals
