Job Requirements
- Diploma of secondary education (high school), General Education Diploma (GED) or equivalent experience
- preferably 2 to 3 years of experience in hospitality or high-end customer service role
- if applicable, possess required license, certification, or permit to serve food in the city, county, or state where work will be performed

Job Duties
- Provide a welcoming and pleasant environment for guests
- ensure food and beverages are served according to selected menu or buffet style
- demonstrate in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, proposals, and menus
- maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas including clearing, cleaning, disinfecting workstations, equipment, and resetting tables
- provide training and guidance to staff as needed
- attend work punctually and regularly for scheduled shifts
- perform other duties as assigned according to business needs and client requirements
