Job Duties

  • Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating

  • Ensure compliance with all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
  • Contribute to new menu development and seasonal menu rotations
  • Step in for the Executive Chef when needed to oversee service and kitchen management
