Job Duties
- Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff to ensure high standards and teamwork
- Manage inventory ordering and cost control to achieve profitability
- Ensure compliance with all food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
- Contribute to new menu development and seasonal menu rotations
- Step in for the Executive Chef when needed to oversee service and kitchen management
