Job Qualifications

- previous experience in cooking or food preparation
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation

Job Duties
- Prepare Chinese dishes following recipes and quality standards
- use cooking tools and utensils safely and effectively
- help maintain cleanliness and safety of cooking and food prep areas
- stock shelves and ensure kitchen inventory is well managed
- place orders for kitchen supplies as needed
- engage with customers providing fast and friendly service
- adapt to varying work environments including freezer, fridge, and prep areas
