Job Requirements

- Available to work Sunday-Thursday
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- 2+ years baking in a professional kitchen or Baking and Pastry Arts degree
- Large-volume baking experience preferred

- Baking and Pastry Arts degree or equivalent
- Experience with large-volume baking is a plus
- Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Compose and scratch-bake hearth breads, artisan loaves, dinner rolls, buns, and other baked goods
- Experiment and trial new recipes to continuously innovate the bakery offerings
- Prepare and present bakery items for catered events
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all baked products
- Collaborate with culinary professionals and participate in mentorship and growth programs
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art baking equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the bakery environment
