Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent hotel experience
- Minimum 2 years of line cook experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Commitment to guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Culinary degree or related hotel cooking experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience preferred
- Ability to perform all basic cooking skills
- Capable of working single stations in the kitchen
- Strong desire to satisfy guest needs in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Open availability including day, evening, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor food production to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage single kitchen stations efficiently during service
- Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Provide direction in the absence of the hourly Sous Chef
