Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • hands-on experience with POS transactions
  • customer service experience
  • supervisor experience
  • availability to work flexible shifts
  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs and to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, bend, stoop
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service
  • assess customer's needs and provide information on product features
  • welcome guests to the restaurant and answer their questions
  • adhere to all recipe guidelines
  • always keep work area neat and clean, clean and maintain equipment used for food preparation
  • follow proper food storage, food handling, and food preparation standards
  • maintain in-stocks
  • actively seek out customers in store
  • remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
  • process POS (point of sale) purchases
  • help team with packaging, cooking, cleaning, and any other job functions
  • comply with inventory control procedures
  • follow personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department and company policies and procedures
  • coach employees on suggestive selling techniques
  • complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins
  • lead, train, motivate, and develop team members
