Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- hands-on experience with POS transactions
- customer service experience
- supervisor experience
- availability to work flexible shifts
- ability to lift up to 35 lbs and to stand for long periods of time as well as walk, bend, stoop
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and service
- assess customer's needs and provide information on product features
- welcome guests to the restaurant and answer their questions
- adhere to all recipe guidelines
- always keep work area neat and clean, clean and maintain equipment used for food preparation
- follow proper food storage, food handling, and food preparation standards
- maintain in-stocks
- actively seek out customers in store
- remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- process POS (point of sale) purchases
- help team with packaging, cooking, cleaning, and any other job functions
- comply with inventory control procedures
- follow personal hygiene and sanitation standards set by the health department and company policies and procedures
- coach employees on suggestive selling techniques
- complete shift reports and account for inventory during vendor check-ins
- lead, train, motivate, and develop team members
