As an Armenian-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative working remotely from your home in California, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to consumers navigating their healthcare benefit needs. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, conducting research across multiple systems to resolve inquiries, and managing a high volume of interactions with quality and professionalism. Operating on a set schedule with designated breaks and lunches, you will enjoy a structured yet flexible working arrangement from the comfort of your own home.

Job Requirements

  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Bilingual in English and Armenian
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customer’s needs
  • Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
  • A distraction free, designated home workspace
  • A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
