Role Overview:

As an Armed Transport Guard - LLV at Brink's, you become the frontline representative of the brand—safely handling the transportation of cash and valuables between business locations and banking institutions. This role demands a strong commitment to safety protocols, accuracy in handling assets, and outstanding customer service. Working within a team-driven environment, you remain vigilant and prepared to respond immediately to potential security concerns or safety threats.

This role requires adherence to stringent procedures for handling firearms and high-value assets while maintaining the integrity and security of transported cash and valuables. You will be responsible for safeguarding team members, vehicles, and goods throughout transit. Precision in reconciling deposits and receipts is critical, ensuring that the financial accuracy expected by Brink's clients is achieved consistently.

Job Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Meet all Department of Transportation requirements
  • Firearms permit (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Ability to obtain necessary state/local security licenses (including a guard card)
  • Pass background check, drug screening, and training

Job Qualifications

  • At least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Meet all Department of Transportation requirements
  • Firearms permit (or eligibility to obtain one)
  • Ability to obtain necessary state/local security licenses (including a guard card)
  • Pass background check, drug screening, and training
  • Experience in armed security or transportation (preferred)
  • Military background (preferred)
  • Individuals that worked in a logistics distribution center (preferred)
  • Chauffeur license (IN, LA, MI only) (preferred)

Job Duties

  • Safeguard team members, vehicles, and valuables always
  • Transport cash and assets to and from client locations
  • Service and maintain the integrity of ATM services
  • Remain alert and ready to respond to security threats or safety issues
  • Accurately reconcile deposits and receipts
  • Follow all protocols for handling firearms and high-value assets
