In this role as an Armed Transport Guard - LLV with Brink's U.S., a division of Brink's Incorporated, you will be part of a trusted leader in armored transportation, currency processing, ATM services, and secure logistics tailored for banks, retailers, and government clients. This position is based in a secure, monitored warehouse environment where safety, accuracy, and customer service are paramount. The Armed Transport Guard will be responsible for safely transporting cash and valuables between business and banking locations. This is a vital role, as it helps maintain the fluidity of economic operations by ensuring that cash and other valuables are moved securely and efficiently.
The role requires operating in a team-driven environment where vigilance is crucial to anticipate and respond to security threats or safety issues. The guard will handle firearms with strict adherence to safety protocols and manage the integrity of ATM services, including servicing and maintaining ATMs. Accuracy in reconciling deposits and receipts is imperative. Apart from physical security tasks, delivering exceptional customer service to clients is essential, reflecting the company’s commitment to professionalism. Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements
- Firearms permit or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to obtain necessary state/local security licenses including a guard card
- Pass background check, drug screening, and training
Job Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Meet all Department of Transportation requirements
- Firearms permit or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to obtain necessary state/local security licenses including a guard card
- Pass background check, drug screening, and training
- Experience in armed security or transportation preferred
- Military background preferred
- Experience working in a logistics distribution center preferred
- Chauffeur license (IN, LA, MI only) preferred
