The position available is for an Armed Transport Guard- LLV, a critical role ensuring the safe transportation of cash and valuables. This role serves as the face of Brink's brand, responsible for protecting team members, vehicles, and high-value assets during transfers between business locations and financial institutions. The Armed Transport Guard operates within a secure, team-oriented environment, prioritizing safety, vigilance, and exceptional customer service to support the continuous flow of commerce. The hourly pay range for this position in selected states including Ohio, Delaware, New York, California, Colorado, Washington, Maryland, Connecticut, Illinois, Nevada, Kentucky, Michigan, New Jersey, Maine, Missouri, Massachusetts, and Montana is $23.64 to $28.26, reflecting the specialized duties and responsibilities involved.

Key responsibilities for this role include safeguarding personnel and valuables, transporting cash and assets securely, supporting ATM service maintenance, staying alert for potential security threats, performing deposit reconciliations with accuracy, adhering strictly to firearms and asset handling protocols, and delivering outstanding customer service. These duties underscore the importance of reliability, diligence, and strength in this role. Candidates must meet stringent requirements including a minimum age of 21, possession of a valid driver's license with a clean record, the ability to lift over 50 pounds, compliance with Department of Transportation regulations, holding a firearms permit, and successfully passing background verification, drug screening, and training programs. Additional licensing such as a state or local security guard card is required.

Preferred qualifications for applicants include prior experience in armed security or transportation, a military background, logistics or distribution center experience, and for select states, a chauffeur's license.
