The open position is for a Patrol Officer who will be entrusted with the responsibility of securing client properties through foot and vehicle patrols. The Patrol Officer’s primary duties involve protecting lives and property, enforcing client-specific rules and regulations, and writing clear and concise incident reports. The role requires use of company-issued two-way radios to communicate with ISMG’s 24-hour live dispatch center employing a Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system. The Officer will also engage with unauthorized persons on the premises, conduct field interviews to gather essential information, and respond to security incidents, including court appearances when necessary. Additional responsibilities include providing security for large public gatherings, assemblies, events, and potentially conducting investigations related to assigned cases. Interaction with local law enforcement agencies is a key element of the position, ensuring coordinated security efforts on client properties. The role places a strong emphasis on safety, professionalism, and excellent customer service to create secure environments for clients and their communities. Prior law enforcement experience or graduation from a police academy is preferred for candidates applying for this position. The scheduled working hours are from 1830 to 0330, and the compensation ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, commensurate with training and experience.
