The Concierge Security Ambassador position at GardaWorld Security Services in St. Louis, MO, offers a unique opportunity for individuals who excel in customer service and security. This full-time role involves working a set schedule from Wednesday through Saturday, first shift, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a competitive hourly wage of $26 per hour. The position requires wearing a uniform provided at no cost and involves responsibilities centered on maintaining safety while delivering high-quality customer service in dynamic environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The Concierge Security Ambassador acts as a frontline representative, ensuring visitors feel welcomed, safe, and confident through meaningful engagement. Guards in this role are expected to conduct regular patrols, manage access control, respond to incidents with professionalism, and provide first aid when necessary.
