Job Requirements

  • Prior supervisory experience in an upscale, fine-dining, or Michelin-aspiring restaurant environment
  • strong understanding of elevated service standards and guest engagement
  • proven ability to train, motivate, and lead a hospitality team
  • exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • a genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest connections
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless, polished service
  • uphold and enforce Arlo's service standards with consistency and attention to detail
  • train, coach, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional, intuitive hospitality
  • actively engage with guests to anticipate needs, resolve concerns, and create memorable experiences
  • collaborate closely with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure alignment between service and cuisine
  • monitor floor flow, pacing, and presentation to support an elevated dining experience
  • lead pre-shift meetings and ongoing service training with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement
  • maintain a professional, calm, and inspiring presence during high-volume or high-expectation service periods
