Job Requirements

Access to a reliable pickup truck
Smartphone with data plan
Ability to carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
Availability to work evenings from 6 PM Sunday and 7 PM Monday through Thursday
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be able to work part-time evening hours consistently

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in waste management or similar physical labor roles is a plus
Ability to use a smartphone for communication and navigation
Basic understanding of community servicing expectations
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Good physical stamina and ability to carry loads up to 50 pounds
Reliability and commitment to scheduled evening shifts

Job Duties

Collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at assigned apartment communities
Load collected waste into pickup truck and transport to onsite trash bins or compactors
Climb stairs regularly to access all designated collection points
Communicate effectively using a smartphone with data plan
Maintain punctual attendance and availability during evening shifts
Cover additional routes when requested to maximize earnings
Follow safety protocols during trash collection and transport
