Job Qualifications
- Previous Area Supervisor experience
- Experience managing high volume locations

Job Duties
- Work through restaurant General Managers to maintain profitable restaurants
- Ensure restaurants meet McDonald’s customer standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Set restaurant goals in collaboration with the General Manager
- Create and implement plans to achieve restaurant goals
- Provide coaching and direction to restaurant teams
- Help run business operations effectively
- Monitor performance and make necessary adjustments
