Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in restaurant or retail environments
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and operational metrics

Job Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop multiple teams
  • Experience managing profit and loss statements
  • Ability to work flexible shifts across days of the week

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers
  • Oversee multiple restaurant operations to meet sales and profit goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and operational standards
  • Support hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure goal setting with management teams
  • Monitor restaurant P&L and financial performance
  • Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
