Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in restaurant or retail environments
- Willingness to relocate
- Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and operational metrics
Job Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in quick service restaurants or hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop multiple teams
- Experience managing profit and loss statements
- Ability to work flexible shifts across days of the week
Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers
- Oversee multiple restaurant operations to meet sales and profit goals
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and operational standards
- Support hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers
- Conduct performance reviews and ensure goal setting with management teams
- Monitor restaurant P&L and financial performance
- Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
