The Area Supervisor role at Glaser Group McDonald's is a full-time leadership position responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and development across multiple restaurant locations. This role is critical in driving long-term sales and profitability by coaching and guiding General Managers and their teams to achieve operational excellence. The Area Supervisor consistently models McDonald's values and behavior in all business relationships, from staff to guests. This position requires regular travel to assigned restaurants to support management teams and ensure the highest standards are maintained consistently throughout the operator’s portfolio.
In addition to daily operational guidance, the Area Supervisor will have a strong role in talent management, including hiring, developing, and reviewing the performance of General Managers, Department Managers, and Shift Managers. The focus is on building strong leadership teams to ensure sustainable success and a positive workplace culture. Through active leadership and hands-on involvement, the Area Supervisor helps to create a fun and engaging work environment that encourages retention and teamwork. Experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is highly preferred, as well as previous supervisory experience overseeing multiple high-performing locations. The position demands excellent communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to manage profit and loss statements. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience in restaurant or retail environments
- Willingness to relocate
- Ability to travel regularly between restaurant locations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to analyze financial statements and operational metrics

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and coaching to General Managers

- Monitor restaurant P&L and financial performance
- Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
