Job Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years in residential sales, sales management, or real estate management
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working for a homebuilder in New Home Sales is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales management software
Job Qualifications
