The position demands a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations such as the Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVB) and Chambers of Commerce. You will analyze sales data and trends to uncover growth opportunities and collaborate closely with your sales associates by ensuring monthly action plans are executed effectively. Moreover, the role requires managing LNR accounts and groups and assisting and coordinating hotel operations planning (NHOP).
