Indiana Hospitality Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Area Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. This full-time role is ideal for a driven sales professional passionate about exceeding targets and thriving in fast-paced environments. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet company goals and expanding market reach. The position demands a strategic mindset coupled with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local organizations such as the Convention and Visitors Bureaus (CVB) and Chambers of Commerce. You will analyze sales data and trends to uncover growth opportunities and collaborate closely with your sales associates by ensuring monthly action plans are executed effectively. Moreover, the role requires managing LNR accounts and groups and assisting and coordinating hotel operations planning (NHOP).
