Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or comparable technical training
- At least 3 years sales experience within the travel industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Availability to work onsite full time at The OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience with Delphi software preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or comparable technical training
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience within the travel industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Delphi software highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Job Duties
- Lead and execute group sales strategies across Waikiki collection properties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate closely with corporate sales, revenue strategy, property sales, operations, and marketing teams
- Drive group revenue through proactive sales efforts
- Ensure seamless execution of group bookings
- Align sales activities with OUTRIGGER brand standards
