Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales forecasting
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Availability to travel frequently within the regional market
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards

Job Duties
