Job Requirements

- Prior leadership experience in food service or hospitality
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance

Job Duties
- Supervise, coach, and empower teams to enhance productivity
- Align food service operations with Aramark's Executional Framework standards
- Respond to client demands and ensure communication on operational developments
- Manage budgets and increase revenue through cost control
- Maintain safety and sanitation regulations throughout operations
- Create and manage systems for ordering, receiving, storing, preparing, and delivering food
- Perform routine inventory audits and maintain documentation
- Lead and guide team coordination in production, marketing, quality assurance, cost monitoring, supervision, and training
- Communicate with client management and support sales proceedings
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and wage policies
