The Area Operations Director may also take on direct project responsibilities or crew oversight for special assignments. The role offers a competitive salary range (approximately $190,000 to $252,000 depending on location), a car allowance, fuel card, and an annual incentive program. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and various insurance options, supporting a balanced and rewarding career.
