The position demands strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills combined with a passion for working within dynamic, high-growth environments. The Area Manager will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions while fostering employee development and retaining a motivated team workforce. Collaboration with school administration, parent-teacher organizations, and external vendors is key, alongside proactive marketing of the programs within relevant school and community events to maximize enrollment and internal growth opportunities. Additionally, the role requires passing background checks including Motor Vehicle Record, holding valid certifications like First Aid and CPR, and clearance of tuberculosis tests.

Right At School values diversity and inclusion deeply and encourages authentic expression of individual identities. They commit to providing equal opportunity and a workplace free of discrimination or harassment. The position offers a vibrant, ego-free culture focused on gratitude, open communication, professional growth, and a wide array of employee benefits including comprehensive health, wellness, financial, legal support, childcare perks, and additional lifestyle benefits.
