The currently available role of Field Leader at Chipotle is a dynamic leadership position designed for individuals passionate about both operational excellence and team development. Field Leaders at Chipotle are entrusted with overseeing multiple restaurant locations, ensuring that each one maintains the highest standards of food safety, guest satisfaction, and profitability. As Chipotle is rapidly expanding, opening a new restaurant every two days, there is tremendous opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
In this role, you will cultivate strong partnerships with restaurant managers and bring business knowledge that spans across P&L management, sales forecasting, staffing, and operational compliance. You will be an integral part of the team, responsible for fostering a food safety-first culture, training and validating employees on essential operational elements, and maintaining an outstanding guest experience. The role requires a passionate leader who leads through others and thrives on developing people while actively supporting restaurant teams during busy periods.

- multi-unit restaurant management experience
- demonstrated leadership skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- willingness to travel between locations
