Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • multi-unit restaurant management experience
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • willingness to travel between locations
  • ability to maintain a food safety-first mindset

Job Qualifications

  • Previous multi-unit restaurant experience
  • ability to communicate in primary language(s) of the work location
  • passion for team development and leadership
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • strong business acumen including P&L management
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to foster a customer-focused culture

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations
  • build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • ensure a food safety-first culture
  • train and validate employees on key operational elements
  • focus on delivering exceptional guest experience
  • manage P&L, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • support restaurant teams during peak times
