Proficiency in basic computer applications, smartphone technology, and retail management experience are highly beneficial. While knowledge of horticulture and gardening is preferred, it is not mandatory. The Area Manager must be physically capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and flexible in work schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

This role not only requires managing daily operational tasks but also emphasizes leadership in training, coaching, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The Area Manager is expected to coordinate staffing within budgetary constraints, enforce safety standards, and proactively address any issues affecting efficiency or service quality.
