With a robust focus on both innovation and quality, Valet Living continuously seeks to empower its employees while fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and service excellence.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Area Leader to oversee our nightly waste, recycling, and compost collection operations across multiple multifamily properties. This position is primarily field-based with opportunities for remote administrative work, designed for candidates who thrive in supervisory roles and enjoy using data-driven decision-making to optimize team performance and operational efficiency. As an Area Leader, you will manage a team ranging from 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets, responsible for maintaining high standards of service, safety, and punctuality across 20 to 40 communities.

You will play a critical role in managing schedules, approving timecards, and ensuring the team adheres to budget constraints while maintaining exceptional service quality. You will also directly engage with property visits, audits, and service issue resolutions to sustain operational excellence.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.50 to $23, a company vehicle for work-related travel, and a flexible Sunday to Thursday evening schedule, with core hours from 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM and additional flexible hours to complete an 8-hour shift. This schedule accommodates the unique requirements of waste management operations while supporting a balanced work-life dynamic.

Valet Living encourages individuals with supervisory experience who are adept problem solvers and comfortable leveraging technology and analytics to apply. The role demands robust organizational skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Candidates should be physically capable of performing job duties that involve lifting, walking long distances, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Joining Valet Living means becoming part of a company that prioritizes professional development and employee well-being. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health coverage for employees and families, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for educational advancement. Our culture promotes leadership through service and continuous growth, making this an excellent career opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to make a significant impact in the property services industry.

If you are ready to lead a dedicated team that ensures vital service delivery in multifamily communities, grow your career with a respected company, and enjoy a supportive and inclusive work environment, Valet Living’s Area Leader position is the perfect fit for you.
