We are currently seeking an Area Leader to join our field-based team to oversee the nightly operations of waste, recycling, and compost collection services across 20 to 40 multifamily communities. This supervisory role involves managing a team of 15 to 40 part-time Service Valets, ensuring that all services are executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. The position is primarily field-based (70%) with some remote administrative tasks (30%), offering a dynamic work environment that blends direct supervision with operational management. The compensation for this role ranges from $21.50 to $23.00 per hour, complemented by a company-provided vehicle and a consistent work schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 6:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with two flexible hours to complete an 8-hour shift. This flexible scheduling supports a balanced lifestyle while maintaining operational needs. As an Area Leader, you will be instrumental in training and onboarding Service Valets, conducting safety inspections, managing schedules and budgets, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Daily responsibilities include ensuring service reliability by monitoring team performance, addressing resident or property concerns swiftly, and utilizing technology such as the iValet dashboard to track service data.
