Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • at least one-year prior supervisory experience preferred
  • valid driver's license with ability to operate a company vehicle
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • comfortable walking long distances including stairs and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • tolerant of disagreeable odors
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with technology and data analysis
  • availability to work Sunday through Thursday evenings
  • willingness to use company vehicle for work-related duties

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience with at least one-year prior experience overseeing a team or crew in a hands-on environment, preferred
  • organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage schedules, track service, and follow up on issues
  • tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning new platforms
  • data-driven with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret reports and make decisions
  • strong communicator with clear verbal and written communication skills
  • problem solver with ability to quickly adapt, address issues, and find solutions
  • high school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Onboard and train your team of Service Valets to deliver high-quality waste, recycling, and compost collection services
  • provide on-the-job coaching and support, by conducting regular team meetings and safety checks to reinforce best practices and service standards
  • manage schedules, approve timecards, and ensure your team stays on track and within budget
  • foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement
  • step in when needed to ensure uninterrupted service
  • visit properties to review service quality, complete audits, and resolve any issues that come up
  • use technology tools like the iValet dashboard to track performance and ensure timely service completion
