Job Qualifications

  • knowledge of food safety standards

  • basic understanding of technology used in restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • build a positive culture

  • solve customer problems
  • send people on breaks
  • solve basic register issues
  • handle refunds
  • route kps screens
  • call it when technology is not working
  • recall, communicate and prepare catering orders

  • perform safe daily critical twice a day
  • ensure communication between front of house and back of house
  • complete cleaning duties list and keep staff on task
  • give out closing tasks
  • be an added leader during peak times
