The opportunity to join their team is not simply a job but a chance to grow, thrive, and make a meaningful mark in the hospitality industry. The employment type is full-time, with a competitive annual salary range of $73,000 to $85,000. The roles come with a robust package of benefits that support personal growth and work-life balance. This role demands an energetic and results-oriented individual who dedicates a significant portion of their work time to sales activities and is skilled in targeting new business opportunities. The candidate must have valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation to conduct sales calls, which are a critical component of the job. It also involves strategic planning to continually prospect and capture market share from competitors, along with excellent organizational skills to ensure superior account service and responsiveness to client needs. A deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities is essential, alongside the professional ability to maintain a polished and business-like appearance and attitude.

Candidates for this role should possess a minimum of a high school diploma with a preference for a college degree, supported by at least six months of experience in sales or customer service within the hotel industry or a related field. The work environment integrates office and hotel settings, requiring the candidate to be versatile and adaptive. This position offers unparalleled opportunities for professional development, a collaborative work culture, and significant benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) employer matching, and tuition reimbursement.
