Job Requirements

Minimum of four years customer service experience managing a resort or hotel operation
one year supervisory experience
experience with Property Management System
experience with financial management and budget process
valid driver’s license
knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds policies preferred
completion of a bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

Minimum of four years customer service experience managing a resort or hotel operation
at least one year in a supervisory role
Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred
bachelor’s degree in Resort/Hotel Management, Recreation Management, or related field preferred
experience with Property Management System (PMS)
knowledge of financial management principles and budget process
familiarity with Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies preferred
valid driver’s license
