This position demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer service, hospitality management, and supervisory experience. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of property management systems, financial management principles, and budget processes to ensure the resort or hotel functions smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a supervisory capacity in a resort or hotel management setting and possess a deep knowledge of customer service excellence. Preferably holding a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation or equivalent certification, this professional will also bring expertise in utilizing property management software and familiarity with regulations surrounding Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies. A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years customer service experience managing a resort or hotel operation
- one year supervisory experience
- experience with Property Management System
- experience with financial management and budget process
- valid driver’s license
- knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds policies preferred
- completion of a bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
