Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years customer service experience managing a resort or hotel operation
  • one year supervisory experience
  • experience with Property Management System
  • experience with financial management and budget process
  • valid driver’s license
  • knowledge of Nonappropriated Funds policies preferred
  • completion of a bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years customer service experience managing a resort or hotel operation
  • at least one year in a supervisory role
  • Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) designation preferred
  • bachelor’s degree in Resort/Hotel Management, Recreation Management, or related field preferred
  • experience with Property Management System (PMS)
  • knowledge of financial management principles and budget process
  • familiarity with Nonappropriated Funds (NAF) policies preferred
  • valid driver’s license

  • Manage resort and hotel operations
  • supervise staff and oversee daily activities
  • utilize property management systems effectively
  • manage financial processes and budgets
  • ensure compliance with Nonappropriated Funds policies
  • maintain high customer service standards
  • coordinate with military and civilian personnel
