Job Description
Pavion is a global leader specializing in fire, security, and communication integration solutions tailored to diverse industries including enterprise, healthcare, education, government, data center, and retail. Known for its innovative approach, Pavion combines cutting-edge technology with deep industry expertise to deliver comprehensive safety, security, and communication systems worldwide. Their expertise encompasses the design, installation, service, and maintenance of advanced fire alarm systems, critical communication frameworks, video surveillance, access control, and state-of-the-art audiovisual technologies. The company’s mission centers around enhancing clarity and transformation in these critical areas through integral technology and exceptional service, emphasizing safety, reliability, and operational excellence in every engagement. Pavion’s global reach is complemented by localized service, ensuring that solutions are not only scalable and future-ready but also aligned perfectly with client-specific demands.
Pavion is currently seeking an Area General Manager (AGM) to join its security business unit. The AGM will oversee sales, operations, and strategic activities within a designated geographic region, driving business growth while aligning efforts with broader company objectives. This role demands a strategic leader capable of managing teams, fostering a strong corporate culture under the "one Pavion" philosophy, and maintaining profitability. The AGM will be responsible for motivating and mentoring regional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations. Additionally, the role entails developing sales strategies to expand the business, building strong client relationships, tracking performance metrics, and continuously improving operational effectiveness.
As a regional leader, the AGM functions within a matrix management structure, spearheading cultural initiatives and talent development while identifying market trends and potential merger and acquisition opportunities. The position requires collaboration with senior executives, representation of the company at client meetings and industry events, and leveraging internal departments and corporate resources to support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive management experience in the security sector, proficiency in financial and operational management, and a talent for strategic thinking and change management.
The compensation range for this role is $175,000 to $200,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus, reflecting the high level of responsibility and expertise required. Pavion is dedicated to providing equal employment opportunities and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workplace environment. This role offers an exceptional chance to contribute to an industry-leading company that prioritizes innovation, safety, and client satisfaction while advancing your career in a dynamic and supportive setting.
