Job Description

Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager to oversee two critical operations located in the Denver metro area and Southern Colorado. This role is pivotal in managing and growing Sodexo’s presence within a rapidly expanding campus dining portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary operations, catering, client relations, and financial management. This Area General Manager will be responsible for mentoring teams, developing exceptional client relationships, ensuring that the campus food service program aligns with client needs, and driving business growth through operational excellence and student satisfaction.

As an Area General Manager, you will be expected to support and lead diverse teams, foster a positive and inclusive work environment, and act as a trusted advisor within the client’s organization. Your responsibilities will include meeting company and client financial goals, integrating fully with client stakeholders, and overseeing multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and customer service. Job Qualifications
