The role of Area General Manager is a pivotal leadership position within Sodexo, overseeing food operations across multiple healthcare facilities in the St Louis Metro Area. This position calls for a seasoned professional with a strong background as a Director or General Manager in the food industry, ideally with experience managing multi-location operations or large-scale projects. The Area General Manager will be responsible for directing and supervising all food and nutrition services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service that meets both company standards and client expectations. The role requires daily travel to different sites within the region, providing hands-on leadership and support.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education requirement - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum management experience – 5 years
  • Minimum functional experience – 5 years
