- Minimum 5 years of management experience in corporate dining or hospitality
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience in food service operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills
- Commitment to upholding food safety and operational compliance

Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across multiple corporate dining venues ensuring exceptional service culinary excellence and a consistently elevated guest experience
- Build and maintain strong client partnerships by communicating proactively anticipating needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
- Inspire develop and mentor a diverse team fostering a culture of hospitality accountability and continuous improvement
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting forecasting cost control and strategic operational planning
- Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards food safety regulations and all operational policies across the entire dining program
- Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance menus service models and overall program quality in a fast-paced high-expectation environment
