Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in corporate dining or hospitality
  • Minimum 5 years of functional experience in food service operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding food safety and operational compliance

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations across multiple corporate dining venues ensuring exceptional service culinary excellence and a consistently elevated guest experience
  • Build and maintain strong client partnerships by communicating proactively anticipating needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations
  • Inspire develop and mentor a diverse team fostering a culture of hospitality accountability and continuous improvement
  • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting forecasting cost control and strategic operational planning
  • Ensure full compliance with Sodexo standards food safety regulations and all operational policies across the entire dining program
  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance menus service models and overall program quality in a fast-paced high-expectation environment
