The Area Executive Chef position based in the Greater Los Angeles Area is pivotal within Sodexo's Foodservice Industry sector. This remote role, requiring some travel, focuses on culinary leadership and strategic partnership to elevate food experiences through value-added creativity and service excellence. As a Citadel Area Executive Chef, you will be the culinary expert driving innovation in savory and scratch cooking initiatives to boost the value of Sodexo's brands at existing and new customer locations. Your influence supports the Culinary Development (CD) team by delivering critical customer presentations, developing new menus, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to align resources and priorities.

This role demands a dynamic leader who can inspire and challenge teams to rethink approaches, prioritize challenges, and seize new business opportunities. As an essential connector, you will coordinate internal resources and network with industry decision-makers to expedite client acquisition and foster strong collaborative partnerships.
