Job Requirements
- At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4-year degree with 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree with 4 years hotel sales experience
- supervisory experience
- valid driver’s license in applicable state
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- effective listening and interpersonal skills
- ability to evaluate options and solve problems
- composed under pressure
- proficient in financial data analysis and basic arithmetic functions
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Engage professionally and attentively with guests and employees
- maintain regular attendance and appearance standards
- participate in meetings to promote positive workplace culture
- maintain compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and safety regulations
- consistently wear required attire and name tag
- conduct weekly sales activities including telemarketing, cold calls, appointments, and site tours
- collaborate with leadership to maximize revenue through strategic follow-up
- supervise up to ten team members through scheduling and planning
- deliver training during staff meetings
- provide coaching to property sales staff
- submit weekly sales reports
- update regional leadership on progress
- record property visits
- execute directives from leadership
- support sales and marketing efforts to boost performance
