The ADOS plays a critical role in driving total revenue growth by developing and maintaining a strong sales culture and supporting the efforts of sales teams within the assigned region. This position demands a proactive and dynamic sales leader who can engage effectively with guests and employees alike, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and operational compliance. The ADOS will conduct regular sales activities such as telemarketing, cold calls, appointments, and site tours to nurture business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities.\n\nAs a leader, the ADOS is expected to oversee up to ten team members, managing schedules, providing training, and coaching each property’s sales staff to maximize their potential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the director collaborates closely with regional leadership to implement sales strategies and reports on key performance metrics. The successful candidate will be proficient in financial data analysis and bring the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Maintaining compliance with company policies and safety regulations is also a fundamental aspect of the role to ensure seamless and safe operations. Prospecting and strategic follow-up are integral to the position, ensuring that all actions contribute towards the company’s revenue goals. Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4-year degree with 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree with 4 years hotel sales experience
  • supervisory experience
  • valid driver’s license in applicable state
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • effective listening and interpersonal skills
  • ability to evaluate options and solve problems
  • composed under pressure
  • proficient in financial data analysis and basic arithmetic functions

Job Qualifications
