Job Requirements

  • At least 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience or a 4-year degree with 2 years related experience or a 2-year degree with 4 years hotel sales experience
  • supervisory experience
  • valid driver’s license in applicable state
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • effective listening and interpersonal skills
  • ability to evaluate options and solve problems
  • composed under pressure
  • proficient in financial data analysis and basic arithmetic functions

Job Duties

  • Engage professionally and attentively with guests and employees
  • maintain regular attendance and appearance standards
  • participate in meetings to promote positive workplace culture
  • maintain compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and safety regulations
  • consistently wear required attire and name tag
  • conduct weekly sales activities including telemarketing, cold calls, appointments, and site tours
  • collaborate with leadership to maximize revenue through strategic follow-up
  • supervise up to ten team members through scheduling and planning
  • deliver training during staff meetings
  • provide coaching to property sales staff
  • submit weekly sales reports
  • update regional leadership on progress
  • record property visits
  • execute directives from leadership
  • support sales and marketing efforts to boost performance
