The Area Director of Sales is a pivotal role within this dynamic organization, responsible for overseeing sales operations across multiple hotel properties including the new Residence Inn by Marriott and AC by Marriott in Coeur d'Alene, ID, soon to be opened, as well as the established SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Sandpoint, ID. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker who can effectively plan and execute sales and marketing initiatives that drive occupancy rates and average daily rate (ADR) growth. The ultimate goal is to maximize total revenue while surpassing profit objectives aligned with Level5 Hospitality's high standards. The Area Director of Sales is expected to lead and organize impactful sales trips to key markets, establishing strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Furthermore, collaboration with on-property sales teams ensures a unified and effective sales strategy throughout the portfolio.

Based primarily at the Coeur d'Alene hotels, the role requires regular travel to the Sandpoint property to engage directly with clients and lead sales initiatives. Staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry dynamics is vital to maintain a competitive edge.
